Dr. Silva is a Dearborn Heights native who is proud to provide patient-centered eye care to her hometown community. She attended Fordson High School before earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology from George Mason University in Virginia. She went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University in 2019.

Following her training, Dr. Silva practiced in a medical-surgical setting in Louisiana, where she worked closely with surgeons and managed a wide range of eye conditions. During this time, she developed and led a low vision program, traveling across multiple communities to provide specialized care to patients who otherwise had limited access to these services.
These experiences helped shape her approach to eye care, focused on precision, efficiency, and thorough, detail-oriented evaluations.

As a bilingual provider, Dr. Silva offers care in English and Arabic, helping patients feel understood and supported. She is committed to serving the Dearborn Heights community and plans to offer outreach initiatives, including free eye exam days throughout the year.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two young children, and extended family.
